Quilt Trail Passport Rules and Guidelines
PLEASE READ THROUGH CAREFULLY:
The Missouri Highway 36 Quilt Trail 2020 Passport promotion runs from May 1st through November 1st, 2020. Participants have two options again this year! Choose one or do both (if doing both send in a copy of your passport to receive the charm. Send your original passport when you submit a photo of your complete pieced top).
Option 1: Send in your completed passport to Meg and receive a limited edition “It’s a Garden Party!” 6th year charm designed especially for the Highway 36 Quilt Trail. The first 250 participants who submit a completed passport will receive this beautiful charm.
Option 2: Stop by your local Highway 36 Quilt Shop with your filled passport and completed quilt top for pictures and to turn in your information. These must be postmarked by February 15th, 2021 for the March drawing. Winners will be contacted by phone and on Facebook.
One Passport. One Person. Shops will NOT stamp multiple passports. In order to receive a stamp, the customer must be in the shop. Passports can be picked up at participating quilt shops. Visitors can collect a free pattern and get their passports stamped at each of the 14 businesses. Some shops may supply a block kit for sale. The pattern block is unique to each individual business.
Any shop can receive a completed quilt top and they can receive as many as submitted. Each quilt top submitted will be photographed and the shop will collect the customer’s completed passport.
This years’ program includes the following prizes:
Limited 6th year Charm for first 250 passports turned in
Quilt Top Drawings
Grand Prize : $25 Gift Certificate from all 15 businesses
Second Prize: Fat Quarter Basket
Customers from out of state can enter the 2020 contest by taking a photo of their quilt top at their local quilt shop. Have the quilt shop email the photo to firstname.lastname@example.org along with the quilter’s name, then mail the completed passport to Meg at Missouri Star.
